DOMINO - Wave Modulator

DOMINO is a Device for Max4Live that allows transitions from one effect to another, similar to crossfading but for modulations.

Inspired by the orchestral technique of Klangfarbenmelodie, where a single melody is shared by several instruments that alternate in smooth movements of cause and effect.

The result is a gradual evolution of timbre, mixing a wide range of colors with a certain pointillist quality.

You can map different parameters to each point.

Position moves the wave back and forth by consecutively increasing the value of the dots.

Range defines how many dots will be involved from 1 to 16

Width increases or decreases the shape of the wave and with Size its size.

By playing with these two parameters, smoother or sharper transitions can be decided.
